Classes on Zoom
S&G classes are perfect for seniors, beginners and
anyone who wants to try yoga without fear of being turned into a pretzel.
~Your first week of classes is free!
~Classes cost $2.50 per class when you sign up each month.
~Classes are held on Mondays and Fridays at 8:30 a.m.
~Can't make it to class? Classes are recorded and remain available for you to watch for 24 hours after class has ended.
~Additional pop-up classes are included with your membership. These quickie classes can be watched live or later. We'll do a little weight lifting and some aerobics or yoga. You'll get a 15 minute class for a quick stretch or maybe a little weight lifting and aerobics!
New to Zoom?
~You'll get all the help you need to get set up and comfortable with logging into Zoom. We'll take care of that prior to your first class.
~Classes are only held on Zoom. Classes are broadcast from my home yoga studio.
~There are no in person classes.
~One on one private classes are available for only $15.

New to yoga?
~Take an introductory private lesson for only $15. This fee will be credited toward your first month of classes.
~Learn the poses at your own pace.

Requirements:
~A sense of humor
~A yoga mat. A towel or carpeting won't do.
~A yoga strap. But a bath robe belt will do.
~The ability to get down on the floor and back up unassisted. This is not chair yoga. But I might be offering chair yoga if there is a demand for it.

How to Get Started:
Yoga classes are billed by the calendar month.
If you are joining us in the middle of the month,
I'll need to prorate your first month's membership.
That's why there's no Buy Now button here!
