We're in Wisconsin, Central Standard Time. 2. To figure your order total, be sure to add any additional charges for necklaces longer than 16" (where applicable) and additional costs for sterling silver or gold filled earrings (as opposed to plated). 3. Add shipping and packaging which will be 5% of your total order or a minimum of $6.00. I ship jewelry via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. If your jewelry has to be in your hands in 10 days or less from the date I receive your payment, it would be best to ship by overnight mail. In that event, add $22 rather than $6.

send it to: Shopping Cart: Because all my bridal jewelry is custom made, there are endless possibilities and it's impossible to put a "buy now" button on every item. If you would like to use a credit card without calling the store, click the button below and you can enter your credit card info on a secure website. The shopping cart website will send me your credit card info. I won't charge your credit card until your order ships out. The amount charged will be the amount I quote you for your jewelry by phone or email. But the shopping cart will show a purchase of $.01. Timing: I usually can get orders out within a day or two. Timing depends on whether I have other orders ahead of yours. It also depends on whether I have the beads on hand for your jewelry. Don't worry though, I keep a lot of beads on hand! It's o.k. to call or e-mail me to check on the status of your order. Rush Orders: There is a $38 rush fee for orders up to 1/2 pound. This includes overnight mail shipping and we guarantee your order will go out within 48 hours (unless otherwise agreed). The 48 hours guarantee is absolutely conditioned upon your calling the store, (608) 788-8229, and getting confirmation that we have the beads in the color you need and that we have staff available to make your custom order. If you are ordering beads or charms, the guarantee is absolutely limited to stock on hand. So, you really need to call us first! (608) 788-8229. Pay Pal Before using paypal, you must call the store or email me. We need to know what you are ordering so that we can quote you the total price and shipping charges. After getting pricing confirmation, you can use paypal. The easiest thing to do, though, is to just call the store and charge by phone. Calling the store is a good idea especially if you're ordering jewelry. We need to know the sizes of jewelry, the colors, whether you want silver plated earwires or sterling, posts or clips and so on. Phone (608) 788-8229.

PayPal website will come up. From there, you will set up a free
account with PayPal. You then have the option to pay by credit card or
you can pay via direct money deposit. After you set up your free
account, you will go to "Send Money". Login and then make
your payment. You may contact PayPal at 1-888-221-1161 24 hours a day,
7 days a week if you have any further questions. Their web site is

Sizing: Most people order necklaces in a standard 16" length. The necklace will fall at the bottom of the dent in your neck if you are of average build. If you are ordering for bridesmaids, it's best to get measurements, but here is a way to guess the right length based on dress size: size 8-12 is 16"; size 14 -16 add an inch; size 18-20 add an inch and a half; size 2 - 4 subtract a half inch. THESE SIZES ARE NOT GUARANTEED! For kids, you really have to have the mother give us a measurement. There simply are no reliable bracelet or necklace standards for kid under the age of 15. But if you just can't get a measurement, the following chart may help. You rely on the chart at your own risk. If you need to send an item back because the size is wrong, we do charge for restringing! THESE SIZES ARE NOT GUARANTEED! Wholesale: Yes, I can provide wholesale prices to retailers. E-mail me to let me know what items you are interested in and I can give you a wholesale price quote. Minimum order for wholesale is $200. I must be able to verify that you have a store front operation and a resale tax number. Catalog: I do not have a printed catalog. Everything I have ever made for my bridal line is here on the website. If you want something that you don't see on my website, just tell me and I'll make it for you! I only do custom orders anyways. I have a full service bead store here in La Crosse, so if there are beads, findings or tools that you need, just call or e-mail me. If I don't already have it, I can get it for you. It'll be a while before I can put up a lot of pictures of beads on the website. Return Policy: Since I only do custom jewelry orders, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about the color or size of beads on your jewelry, I can send you samples. I can do an exchange only when I make a mistake on your order. There are no refunds for tools. We will gladly do an exchange on defective items and we will reimburse you for the return postage. If you need to return beads or findings, there is a 5% restocking fee with a $10 minimum. We will gladly do an exchange on defective beads and findings and refund you for your postage expense. Minimum Order: There is a $10 minimum order for charms in addition to shipping charges.
