2. Shipping will probably be less than the amount quoted in the
cart.
3. If your necklaces are longer than 16", the price will be $1 per inch more per strand unless otherwise noted. If a bracelet is longer than 7 1/2", the price will be $1 per inch more per strand unless otherwise noted. 4. If your necklace or bracelet will be using Swarovski pearls, $2 per strand will be added. If your necklace or bracelet will have AB crystals, $1 per strand will be added. If your necklace is made with the cable rather than clear thread, (for example, the Virginia necklace), you can order it with sterling cable instead. Contact me for pricing. 5. When ordering earrings, the price shown in the cart is for gold plated or silver plated. I'll add $2 per pair to your payment for sterling silver or gold filled earrings. 6. If you wish to use PayPal, choose "other" as your payment method. Do not pay me with PayPal unless you have a firm quote from me. 7. I you are using a credit card, you will be charged the amount that I quote you regardless of what is shown in the shopping cart. Your quote will be based on the above choices. I will not charge your card until the morning that I ship your order. When I get back from the post office, I will refund any shipping overcharges before finalizing my credit card transactions for the day. 8. E-mail me at or call me 9. I ship jewelry via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. If your jewelry has to be in your hands in 10 days or less from the date I receive your payment, it would be best to ship by overnight mail. Sizing: If you give me the wrong length and I have to
redo your jewelry, I charge $10 per item for labor. Please use a
tape measure to get an accurate measurement! For kids, you really have to have the mother give you a measurement. There simply are no reliable bracelet or necklace standards for kids under the age of 15. But if you just can't get a measurement, the following chart may help. You rely on the chart at your own risk. If you need to send an item back because the size is wrong, I do charge for restringing! If you want something that you don't see on my website, just tell me and I'll make it for you! I only do custom orders anyways. You might also send me pictures from other websites. Gossamer Wings Designs was started by me, Cheri, in 1994. I began
designing earrings by wire-wrapping bits of beach glass while waiting
for my water color paintings to dry. One thing led to another, and I
found myself completely immersed in the world of beads and jewelry
making. I chose the name "Gossamer Wings"
from an old Cole Porter song recorded by Ella Fitzgerald.
The song goes, "It
was a trip to the moon on gossamer wings, it was just one of those
things." The song was about infatuation
being mistaken for true love. It was the story of my life! (Scroll to
the bottom of the page for the lyrics to "Just One of those
Things." The word "Gossamer" evokes images
of fairies, dragonflies and butterflies; things that are shimmery and
lovely. WHO IS CHERI?
I am a jewelry artisan who truly enjoys making lovely things. My
philosophy of life can be summed up paraphrasing Ilanya.
"My one purpose for being on this planet is to awaken my god self
and celebrate life and to do what brings me joy." I revel

I use genuine Austrian
crystals that add luminescence to your ensemble. Fresh
water pearls add a touch of elegance to your formal wear. All
metal components are sterling silver or gold
