Gossamer Wings Bead Store now sells glass bead making supplies.  We sell "soft glass" also known as Effetre or Moretti.  We sell the small rods, about 13" long, in a variety of colors. They cost $2.00 each.  Aventurine (gold rod) costs $2.50 and dichroic rods cost $10.50. We also have glass bead making kits pictured above. We will show you how to make glass beads too! Keep an eye on the calendar for upcoming classes.

We only ship glass rods with a minimum order of $50. 

The kit includes a torch head (for use with MAPP gas), a two sided marver (for shaping), a rake (for poking and dragging), kit to mount the gas tank to your work bench, instruction sheets, heat proof work surface, bead release, mandrel rods.
