Gold Filled is very durable, and is more expensive than Gold Plate due to the increased Gold content. SURGICAL STEEL: Hypo-allergenic. Used for pierced post and wires. Ideal for those individuals who are sensitive to discomfort caused by other non-allergenic metals. Grayish Silver color, this material should not be plated.
