The Antics at the
Covered Bridge Festival
Click here to see to see pictures of us partying around the campfire at Boone's Place. We have so much fun! And then every year, on Wednesday night, we go into Terre Haute for dinner. Mr. Boone provides us with a bus ride and beverages for the ride into town. Click here to see pictures from the Wednesday night dinner and the bus ride there and back. Thanks Mr. Boone! To get a flavor of the town we're in, click here for photos of the Covered Bridge and Mill. The mill is the red building in the photo. Originally built in 1823 (and rebuilt in 1870 after a fire), the mill is the oldest continually operating mill in the Midwest. The covered bridge, built in 1868, is the most famous of Indiana's covered bridges and straddles the Big Raccoon Creek. You can see more pictures of the mill by clicking on BridgetonMill.com.
